Immowert has been active as a real estate investor on the Berlin market since 2005 with great success. The company’s existing portfolio already encompasses 60,000 m² and is growing continually. The aim is to buy several thousand square metres of investment property in Berlin in the coming months and years, thereby increasing the Group’s German portfolio considerably. Activities in the project development field are to be expanded, as will the increased sale of residential properties.
